Second Birth Day
October 03, 2005
And maybe her momma never felt special growing up. And maybe her papa lost his loved ones too soon. So they vowed, like loving parents, committed to "providing a better life" that their first born daughter would not suffer the same repeated fate.

Needless to say, Little Baby October "had it good."

Never was a child cared fore more than she - one parent always near encouraging, involved. Little Baby October grew up with healthy self-esteem, felt special, enveloped - spoiled with loving attention.

Look how she receives her love now.

On a couch in Vancouver, I am torn to pieces in confusion, as I often am contemplating things like "direction in life". I want to choose a city, build a career, reach massive audiences, enrich lives. I want to travel, experience the world, make love make love make love.

I've always felt special, thank you pappy and momma. I've always known I am the chosen one for a great something or whatever. But, what makes something "great" - is it influence and interaction with community, or is it the journey of enlightenment none but the pioneer understands?

Almost every day, she just wishes the world would leave her alone. Happy Birthday, Little Baby October.
