There is no reason to not be fully self expressed in every word, movement, action... moment. In every step you take there is a unique rhythm. An individual pulse. There is a heartbeat that could never be communicated to or understood by any other living soul, because their experience is not yours.
If you do not be completely yourSelf, which is to say express yourself fully in absolutely every moment, then you are robbing the world of something that can never be duplicated. No one will ever live like you. Only you... Nothing can stop your flow. It is your only purpose in this life to listen to your instincts, an it harm none, manifest them.
The Summer Solstice is upon us.

Manifest.
